Product Description:
The rotary drum granulator is a new generation of rotary drum
granulator developed by our company based on years of experience in
fertilizer equipment production. It has the characteristics of
beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption,
long service life, uniform drying, and convenient maintenance. It
is a relatively advanced granulator. This product is suitable for
large-scale production of cold and hot granulation, as well as
high, medium, and low concentration compound fertilizers.
Features:
- High working efficiency: the inner lining is made of rubber
engineering plastic, the material is not easy to stick to the
barrel, and the output is large.
- High granulation rate: there is a small amount of return material,
the return material particle size is small, and it can be
re-granulated to save costs.
- Rounded shape: with the help of the rotating motion of the barrel,
the material particles are squeezed and agglomerated into balls.
- Low moisture content of the finished product: through steam
heating, the material temperature is increased, the moisture
content of the material after balling is low, and the drying
efficiency is improved.

Applications:
It is suitable for processing powdery materials into spherical
particles, and is mainly used for granulating phosphate compound
fertilizers, such as monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate,
nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizers and other
products.
Package and Delivery:
For small single machines, we usually wrap them with protective
film and then put them in a sturdy wooden box;
For large equipment or multiple production line equipment, we will
place them in containers and secure them with steel wires.
So there's no need to worry about transportation issues.
